Governor’s Office
This site provides access to the Governor’s press releases and speeches, as well as information regarding initiatives and appointments.

Texas Senate

This site provides information about the Lt. Governor’s office, general information about the Senate, and option to listen to live coverage of committee meetings and press conferences pertinent to Senate business.

Texas House
This site provides information about the Speaker of the House’s office, general information about the House, and option to listen to live coverage of committee meetings and press conferences pertinent to House business.

Texas Legislature Online
This site allows you to track a bill, locate your Representative by address, or sign up to receive bill and meeting alerts.

Attorney General’s Office
This site provides access to Attorney General opinions, letter opinions, open records decisions, open records and open meetings handbooks, and press releases of the Attorney General.

Secretary of State
This site provides access to on-line versions of the Texas Register, Texas Administrative Code, and the Uniform Commercial Code, as well as access to elections and voter registration data, the Texas Border and Mexican Affairs Division, and business and nonprofit organization forms and the statutes that create or affect such organizations.

Comptroller of Public Accounts
This site, which provides a fiscal overview of Texas government, contains information about Texas taxes and revenue, the Texas economy, and the Texas Performance Review.

Texas Ethics Commission
Group serves as a repository of required disclosure statements for state officials, candidates, political committees, and lobbyists.

Texas Redistricting
This website provides information about redistricting activities relating to the Texas Legislature’s areas of responsibility, the process and legal requirements, support services provided by the Texas Legislative Council, and the districts resulting from the process.

The Texas State Data Center and Office of the State Demographer
functions as a focal point for the distribution of Census information for Texas. The Center also disseminates population estimates and projections for Texas.
