House Speaker Joe Straus and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick have both named appointees to the Texas Ethics Commission. Speaker Straus has appointed Randy Erben, an attorney and former lobbyist, who previously served as Governor Abbott’s Legislative Director. Lt.
