The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board has released their second annual edition of The Texas Public Higher Education Almanac, a publication designed to provide information on every public college and university in the state, including average tuition and fees, students’ average time to degree, and breakdowns on revenues and expenditures.  The Almanac may be found on the Board’s website:
